Spent Grain Breadmaking Class – Tracy

If the brewery taproom is your happy place, then this is the class for you. At the end of the brewer’s day, we will use their fresh, spent grain and work it into a beautiful artisan bread.

Each ticketholder will make one recipe. You may choose from:

– Rosemary and Sea Salt Artisan Bread
– Dark Chocolate
