[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]We are off and really running now!!! We have our permits approved and we have a ton of work to do ASAP.
First thing we did was have our plumbing inspected. We were able to put the plumbing in prior to the full permit set being approved because we got approval to do everything below ground (though I guess that doesn’t include rebar for some reason). We passed the inspection so we started the process of backfilling, which is essentially just covering the piping with gravel.
While that is going on, Craig and I are putting together our drive in cooler on the other side of the warehouse, with the help of a couple of other guys. It took us a while to find our process, but we are getting the hang of it. There is definitely a learning curve. When we took off, we had about eight wall panels installed.
