Demo equipment has arrived!
It’s official, construction has begun… well at least demolition has begun. We still need to get the building permits approved but at least we can start demo and do as much as we can while we are waiting for our permits from the city.
Concrete has been marked up for where it needs to be cut.
Today started around 8am and started off with Brandon and his crew measuring and marking off where all the saw cutting was to be performed. The excavator arrived and is ready and unloaded to start tomorrow morning at 7am. The excavator’s name is Tim and he seems like a good guy. Tim also saw to it that a dump truck has arrived. An electrician made the office area safe to start demo tomorrow. I moved all of Craig’s tools to a better area since Brandon requested I do so. We are meeting tomorrow at 8am with Craig and Brandon to discuss some cost cutting options.
Craig is dropping off our beers to Sacramento tomorrow. Craig and I also made final decisions on our beer names.
