A Malt Driven Beer

Shut Up & Adore Me is essentially an Imperial (higher alcohol) Irish Stout. On top of our light base 2-Row malt and we add layers of roasted barley and dark caramel malts to impart the complex roast, coffee, and toffee flavors in the beer. Goldings hops add a light earthy/floral bitterness to complement the sweet roasted flavors.
It’s medium-bodied with medium carbonation.
