Share & Enjoy Galaxy Lager is our interpretation of an International-Style Lager. Premium 2-row and Weyermanns Pilsener malt are used to build a flavor base that is lightly honeyed with subtle bread notes. Galaxy hops (tropical/pineapple) are used judiciously in the boil and the fermentor to provide subtle balance to this easy drinking beer that is lagered 6 weeks for smoothness.
