Mad Badger Pale Ale

A Hop Driven Beer

Mad Badger is our take on a traditional West Coast Pale Ale. We started with 2-Row and a bit of medium caramel malts to balance and soften the hop presence. Amarillo (grapefruit) and El Dorado (Stone Fruit) hops were chosen to for their smooth bitterness, while Amarillo, Citra and Simcoe were used in the dry-hop to bring a citrus/resiney quality. It’s light/medium-bodied with medium carbonation.
